Great location, great staff

Good size rooms, delicious breakfast included. It’s possible to walk into a couple of downtown stores, markets, the shore, and best of all of the park. Monkeys and iguanas are seen from the playground next door! A fantastic trip.

In CR for work, we chose to spend the weekend. The rooms were recently remodeled and adorable and comfy. The place was fantastic. Closest to the playground and the team was superb.

The team was amiable and drove to meet me once I left my credit card in the room. The staff also hooked us up with all the very best tour guide in the playground – who also recommended the atv cozumel tour in Mexico. Andre. When I return to Manuel Antonio, I’ll be remaining here. I urge it.

Our party of four adults remained at the Macaw Villa, which had two bedrooms plus a large, spacious kitchen and living space. It was ideal for our requirements. The support staff was wonderfully accommodating and unfailingly beautiful. We loved our breakfast (included) daily and took good advantage of the booking services for nighttime and daylight jungle lifts and a catamaran trip. In the resort, we detected – and – were much amused by iguanas, squirrel monkeys and just a sloth passing by!

Do consider the remarks about road noise in the daytime. It’s noisy and will probably waken you around 7am. Having said this, it was not a significant problem for us we would instead get going early anyhow and had we remained a second week, we likely would have managed to tune it out completely. The advantage to the shore was fantastic, and you will find several fun restaurants available in the marketplace, or by jumping on the bus, which runs roughly every half hour. La Posada isn’t anybody’s idea of elaborate, but it was really comfy, cheap, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I enjoyed visiting my Costa Rica bucket listing before entering the park. Excellent stay and the excursions they helped us pick were fantastic. Indeed, book their manual for the playground! He had been great and also a history professor with plenty of information.

We remained from the Monkey Room. The room was beautiful – it was clean and had an A/C unit to help keep the room fresh. The hotel couldn’t be any nearer to the entry of the park. Breakfast is served outdoors, and also the fruit choice wasn’t right, but the coffee was great, along with the cooked breakfast foods were yummy. The chocolate chips were the finest that I had in Costa Rica.
